The Testing Process

Sensitivity Test
The individual wears a hood without the mask, and the tester sprays a strong-tasting solution into the hood. The individual indicates when they can taste the solution, determining the concentration needed for the test.

Fit Test
The individual then wears the test mask and hood while performing a variety of movements and light exercises to simulate normal working conditions. If the individual can taste the solution during these exercises, the seal is not effective.

Result Analysis
The test ensures that the respirator fits correctly, providing the necessary protection against hazardous substances.
